Cloudbet Withdrawal: Times, Daily Limits, Fees and the Playthrough Rule, From the Help Centre

Cloudbet's help centre says most crypto withdrawals are processed instantly once approved and some take up to 24 hours. Unverified accounts have a $2,200 daily withdrawal limit; Level 2 verification removes it. Before any withdrawal, unverified players must wager 100% of their deposits and verified players 25%. Cloudbet adds no fee of its own; per-coin network fees and minimums are quoted from its fee page, read 23 September 2026.

Most Cloudbet crypto withdrawals are processed instantly once approved; some take up to 24 hours. That is Cloudbet’s own statement, from its help centre article on withdrawal times (updated 14 October 2025). The three things that actually decide how fast your withdrawal clears are further down the same help centre and rarely quoted: a $2,200 daily limit until you complete Level 2 verification, a playthrough rule that requires unverified players to have wagered 100% of their deposits before withdrawing, and a per-coin network fee and minimum that Cloudbet publishes on a fee page.

Everything on this page is quoted from those published pages, with the date we read each one. We have a commercial relationship with Cloudbet; none of the figures below came from the operator directly, and our Cloudbet review covers the licence and the track record separately.

How long does a Cloudbet withdrawal take?

Most crypto withdrawals are processed instantly. Once your withdrawal is approved, funds are sent straight to your wallet. […] In some cases, withdrawals can take up to 24 hours to process.

— Cloudbet Help Centre, “How long will my withdrawal take?”, updated 14 October 2025

“Processed” here means Cloudbet’s side — approval and broadcast. On-chain confirmation is then whatever the network you picked delivers: seconds on Solana or TRON, a block or more on Bitcoin. The companion article on delays (also updated 14 October 2025) names three causes: blockchain congestion, a security review — “especially if they’re larger than usual” — and wallet maintenance at Cloudbet or its provider. It gives no figures beyond the 24-hour outer bound.

The withdrawal itself, per the help centre’s step-by-step article (updated 3 August 2026): profile icon → Withdraw → choose the coin → enter the network, the receiving address, the amount and your 2FA code if enabled → Withdraw → Confirm → click the confirmation link in the email (or Telegram). The article adds that Cloudbet is not liable for loss from incorrect information entered — the wrong network on a token withdrawal is the mistake that clause is about, and it is not reversible.

For how this compares with other operators, our withdrawal times comparison puts Cloudbet at the more predictable end of the field rather than the fastest.

What is the Cloudbet withdrawal limit?

The help centre splits it by verification level:

  • Level 2 verified: “There’s no daily withdrawal limit. You can withdraw any amount on any given day.” Larger withdrawals undergo additional review.
  • Level 1 or unverified: “Daily limits of $2,200 USD apply. To unlock your withdrawal limits, complete Level 2 verification.”

The “Withdrawal limit reached” error article spells out the mechanics: accounts without Level 2 verification have a daily withdrawal limit of $2,200, and the limit resets 24 hours after your first withdrawal — hit it at 10:00, and it resets at 10:00 the next day. Two ways out: complete Level 2 verification (the article says the process “takes a few minutes”), or withdraw smaller amounts within the limit. Note the help centre’s warning that submitting documents does not unlock anything by itself: “Approval is still required.”

That $2,200 figure is not a coincidence. Cloudbet’s terms, clause 18.1.5, require identity verification once cumulative deposits reach USD $2,200 — the threshold we work through in Cloudbet’s minimum bet and limits. So an account that has deposited enough to be blocked by the daily withdrawal limit has, by then, also crossed the deposit threshold that triggers verification. In practice: if you intend to play at any volume, verify before your first large withdrawal rather than during it.

The playthrough rule before withdrawing

This is the rule most reviews miss, and it applies to plain deposits, not just bonuses:

Unverified users: 100% of all your deposits and any claimed tips. Verified users: 25% of your deposits and any claimed tips. Only settled casino or sports bets — whether win or loss — count toward your playthrough. Pending bets don’t count until they’re settled.

— Cloudbet Help Centre, “Playthrough requirement when withdrawing”, read 23 September 2026

Deposit $100 to an unverified account, change your mind, and you cannot withdraw $100: you have to place $100 of settled bets first. On a verified account the figure is $25. This is an anti-money-laundering control, and it is common across the industry — but Cloudbet publishes the multiplier, which most operators do not. It also explains a whole category of “my withdrawal was rejected” complaints that are not about the operator refusing to pay.

Cloudbet withdrawal fees and minimums, per coin

Cloudbet adds nothing of its own: “Cloudbet doesn’t charge any additional withdrawal fees” (help centre, updated 11 April 2025). What you pay is the flat network fee, which Cloudbet publishes per coin and network on its Crypto Transaction Fees page together with the minimum withdrawal. The page’s own caveat: “Withdrawals rates are determined by the blockchain network and can fluctuate without notice due to factors such as network congestion. Please check the most recent data listed on each withdrawal page.” The figures below are as displayed on 23 September 2026; deposit fees were 0 on every row.

Three things stand out. First, the TRON stablecoin fee (3.42 USDT, 3 USDC) is by far the largest in dollar terms — the reverse of the “TRC-20 is the cheap rail” rule of thumb that holds at exchanges. On Cloudbet, USDT on BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Avalanche or TON costs a fraction of a cent, and on Solana 0.605 with a 20 USDT minimum. Second, the Ethereum-mainnet figures are far below typical gas for an ERC-20 transfer; Cloudbet describes the fee as a flat amount that “covers” transaction costs, which implies batching or absorption on its side. We report the number, not the mechanism. Third, BNB Smart Chain versions of BTC, ETH, LTC and SOL are near-free — but they are tokens, not the native coin, and must go to a wallet that accepts them on that chain.

Cloudbet’s help centre article on checking the fee (updated 11 April 2025) says the network fee is shown on the withdrawal screen before you confirm, and the fee page tells you to treat that screen, not the table, as current.

Who sends the money

Cloudbet’s footer names the operator: Halcyon Super Holdings B.V., Willemstad, Curaçao, company number 148526, “licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under license number OGL/2024/328/0599”. The help centre carries an article titled “Why you see ‘Halcyon Super Holdings B.V.’ on crypto withdrawals”, so expect that name as the sender. It is the entity we found on the regulator’s register — the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s registry PDF of 8 September 2026 lists it under that licence number with status “Assessment in progress” (listed; not in the enforcement register), which we track in the licence tracker and discuss in is Cloudbet safe.

Before you withdraw: the checklist

  1. Verify early. The $2,200 daily limit and the 100% playthrough both fall to their verified values after Level 2. The help centre says verification takes a few minutes; the review takes longer, and submitting documents alone lifts nothing.
  2. Check the playthrough — settled bets only — before expecting a deposit back.
  3. Pick the network for the fee, not the habit. For stablecoins on Cloudbet, TRON is the expensive rail.
  4. Match the network to the receiving wallet. Cloudbet states it is not liable for loss from incorrect details.
  5. Confirm the email link. A withdrawal is not submitted until you do; the help centre has separate articles for missing confirmation emails and rejected-after-confirmation cases.
  6. Location matters. Cloudbet’s terms name 20 locations where you must not be while using the site, and the clause covers withdrawals — the full list is here.

If a withdrawal goes wrong for reasons outside these rules, our crypto casino withdrawal problems guide covers the failure modes and the escalation routes that exist.

FAQ

How long does a Cloudbet withdrawal take?
Cloudbet's help centre article on withdrawal times, updated 14 October 2025, says most crypto withdrawals are processed instantly and, once approved, funds are sent straight to your wallet; in some cases a withdrawal can take up to 24 hours. Its companion article names three causes of delay: blockchain congestion, a security review — especially on withdrawals larger than usual — and wallet maintenance. On-chain confirmation time then depends on the network you chose.
What is the Cloudbet withdrawal limit?
It depends on verification level. Accounts that have not completed Level 2 verification have a daily withdrawal limit of USD $2,200, which resets 24 hours after the first withdrawal that day. Level 2 verified accounts have no daily withdrawal limit, though Cloudbet says larger withdrawals undergo additional review. Submitting documents does not lift the limit by itself — approval is required first.
Does Cloudbet charge withdrawal fees?
Not its own. Cloudbet's help centre states it does not charge any additional withdrawal fees; what you pay is a flat network fee per withdrawal, set by the blockchain and shown before you confirm. Cloudbet publishes the figures per coin and network on its Crypto Transaction Fees page. As displayed on 23 September 2026: 0.00000306 BTC on the Bitcoin network, 0.00000383 ETH on Ethereum, 0.00000156 LTC, 0.00502 SOL, 0.502 DOGE, 0.0193 USDT on Ethereum, 3.42 USDT on TRON and 0.605 USDT on Solana. Deposits are free. The page itself warns that rates fluctuate without notice.
What is the minimum withdrawal on Cloudbet?
It varies by coin and network, and Cloudbet publishes each figure on its fee page. As displayed on 23 September 2026: 0.00001 BTC, 0.0002 ETH, 0.002 LTC, 0.001 SOL, 1 DOGE, 1 XRP, and for USDT 0.1 on Ethereum, 1 on BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Avalanche or TON, 5 on TRON and 20 on Solana. USDC minimums are the same shape: 2 on Ethereum, 1 on most other networks, 5 on TRON, 20 on Solana.
Why can't I withdraw my deposit from Cloudbet straight away?
Because of the playthrough requirement. Cloudbet's help centre states that before withdrawing, unverified users must have wagered 100% of all their deposits and any claimed tips, and verified users 25%. Only settled casino or sports bets count; pending bets do not count until they settle. A deposit you have not bet with cannot simply be sent back out, and for an unverified account it has to be wagered in full once.
Why does my Cloudbet withdrawal say it comes from Halcyon Super Holdings B.V.?
Because that is the company that operates cloudbet.com. Cloudbet's footer names Halcyon Super Holdings B.V., Willemstad, Curaçao, company number 148526, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under OGL/2024/328/0599, and its help centre has a dedicated article on the name appearing on crypto withdrawals. It is the same entity we found on the regulator's register — a match between the footer, the register and the on-chain sender is exactly what you want to see.
