Shuffle operates under a Curaçao direct licence — number OGL/2024/1337/0628, held by Natural Nine B.V. (Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad, Curaçao), first granted 16 October 2024 under Curaçao’s reformed direct-licensing regime. We verify it against the regulator’s own register: the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s registry PDF (dated 20 August 2026) records the entry with status “Indefinite” — no recorded expiry, the strongest status class in the document, and one that several larger competitors do not currently show — with no appearance in the CGA’s enforcement register. Shuffle previously ran on an Antillephone 8048/JAZ sublicence under the old master-licence system, so the direct OGL is a step up in accountability. That said, Shuffle remains a younger operator (launched February 2023) than Stake or BC.GAME, so its track record is shorter — keep balances modest and test a small withdrawal before committing larger sums.
