Expected value assumes you complete the wagering. Most players do not. In our simulation of 1.3 million bonus claims, only 16.16% cleared a 40x requirement on 96% RTP slots — the rest ran out of money first. Treat the figure above as the best case, not the likely one. →
How this is calculated
- Wagering required = multiplier × (bonus only, or deposit + bonus, as you selected).
- Expected cost = wagering required × house edge, where house edge = 100% − RTP.
- Expected value = bonus amount − expected cost, capped by max cashout when one is set.
- Game weighting: a game counted at 50% needs twice the turnover. If the operator instead scales progress by house edge (wager × edge / 0.04, as Shuffle publishes), tick the box — the expected cost then comes out identical on every game.
Expected value only. It says nothing about any single outcome, and no bonus makes a negative-expectation game positive over time. House edge used
